1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Charlie Kirk Debate Repository ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Platform
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Content Guidelines

Users may submit video links and metadata with the following restrictions:

• Content must be related to Charlie Kirk debates, interviews, or public appearances
• No copyrighted material may be uploaded directly to our servers
• All submissions must include accurate metadata and context
• Spam, harassment, or inappropriate content is prohibited
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of their contributions

4. User Accounts and Roles

The Platform operates with three user roles:

• Users: Can submit videos and support platform goals
• Editors: Can moderate content and edit metadata
• Admins: Have full platform access and user management capabilities

Editor privileges may be requested and are granted at the discretion of platform administrators based on contribution quality and community standing.

5. Community Support and Payments

The Platform accepts voluntary financial contributions to support development goals. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Contributions are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform respects intellectual property rights. We operate under fair use principles for educational and commentary purposes. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us through our DMCA process.

7. Disclaimer

The materials on the Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. The Platform makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

8. Limitations

In no event shall the Platform or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Platform, even if the Platform or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on the Platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The Platform does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.
